Feedback "I have been on a few walks now and its great to be able to go on these walks. The leaders are so nice and give us much pleasure as well as talking to like minded people as well as seeing our beautiful countyside, I nearly always enjoy it. I also like the scheduled times, meet time and train back time, this is quite important as I have pets and no one to feed them while I'm out plus other people have other commitments and we all need to get home after an early start. Thank you all.B.V." "Thanks for a great walk on Saturday 29th Dec! We only managed 2 postboxes on Kinder as the weather made an early descent necessary but it was fantastic!" Another thoroughly enjoyable walk last Saturday on the Hayfield Circular. Thank you for keeping on providing these walks for us. Hi, I had been on a walk with you in December 2005 from Disley to Furness Vale. I was an Indian doctor working in Stockport, I returned to India in Jan 06. I wish to thank Peter Wild, Angela Ritchie, Bob and the other team members for making my walk memorable. It was my first walk, it was very well organised and the team members were very concerned about me during the walk. I came across your website by accident today and could not resist to compliment your excellent group. I long to go on such walks in my country but have not found an ideal group. Will try to form a group here, will need your suggestions at that time which will be very helpful. Thank you, Vinayak I completed a walk with Transpeak last Sept and had a
really lovely day out and made a friend of one of the ladies that was
also walking alone, and we still keep in touch now. My first organsied walk was the Glossop Circular which despite the weather I fully enjoyed. The Furness Vale walk to Disley was excellent. The group leaders are so pleasant and all the walkers add a richness to the quality of the walk. I will hopefully be on many more. Keep up the good work. I very much enjoyed the
Grindleford Circular walk on the 8.07.06. This was my first ever
serious walk and I enjoyed it very much. It made me realise just
how unfit I am. I would never have made it without the help and
support of Ranger Bob and other kind people. I intend to be a
regular on future easy walk, and, if my ability improves, perhaps
even some moderate walks later. The Web Site is brilliant and very
professional by the way. Great walk last Sat. 6th May, Dunge Farm was a gem. Well led Bob Just seen the map and profile feature for the walks- Fantastic. You can judge the walk against your own abilities -good stuff. Excellent website - very professional. Checked it out on recommendation of my brother who regularly goes on these walks & yes, I spotted him in several photos. Some of the photos are quite stunning. "Good luck. I'm sure Transpeak Walks will be a great success!" "Excellent website its gets better each time I log on. I do like the maps now for each walk. Keep it up." "Thank you so much for a wonderful day and I must say my first experience of a guided walk was excellent. I will be definitely joining you for another." "I really enjoyed Saturday's walk - brill - many thanks." "I really enjoyed the walk Saturday, the views were awesome and I would never have done such a walk on my own, great to have the expertise of the rangers planning the walks! All three of you came across as very competent and as a newcomer you kept an eye to make sure I was okay.. I felt in safe hands! Not being used to walking so far I was a little apprehensive as to whether I would manage it, but it was no problem (just felt it a little in my calf muscles that evening! " Excellent photos, and good luck for the future
